Welcome to the Kelly State Farm Agency! Since opening my office, I have been proud to help individuals, families, and businesses protect what matters most. With 16 years of experience, my agency offers a wide range of products, including Auto, Home, Renters, Condo, Life, Business, Health, Pet, Personal Articles, and umbrella coverage, along with financial services. I serve customers in Eureka and throughout the greater St. Louis area. We are licensed in both Missouri and Illinois!

Before becoming an agent, I was a kindergarten teacher, which shaped my passion for education and helping others understand complex topics. That passion continues today, as I focus on making insurance and financial services easy to understand so customers feel confident in their decisions.

Relationships and communication are central to how my team and I operate. I stay involved at key moments, from welcoming new customers to reviewing coverage and supporting them through claims, so they always feel connected and supported.

I earned my ChFC designation in 2021 and hold my 6 and 63 licenses, along with Missouri and Illinois insurance licenses, allowing me to support a broad range of financial needs.

If you’re looking for a local team that values education and strong relationships, my team and I are here to help. Reach out today by phone, email, or by visiting the office to explore your coverage options.

Common questions!

Q: Can multi-vehicle or family discounts lower my monthly cost?A: Yes! Insuring more than one vehicle on the same account often unlocks discounts that lower your overall rate. Have questions about adding a new driver or vehicle? Kelly Ruby in Eureka is here to walk you through your savings options.

Q: Does homeowners insurance cover damage from natural disasters like floods? A: Standard homeowners accounts generally do not cover damage caused by flooding or rising surface water. Separate flood protection is required against these risks. Reach out to Kelly Ruby in Eureka to understand your property's specific risks and choices.

Q: How does condo insurance differ from standard homeowners insurance? A: Condo insurance focuses on the interior of your unit, such as walls, fixtures, upgrades, and personal possessions, while your HOA account covers shared exterior building elements. Kelly Ruby in Eureka can review your HOA master setup to ensure there are no gaps in your protection.

Q: When is the right time to buy life insurance? A: Generally, the younger and healthier you are when you secure protection, the lower your monthly rates will be. Life milestones like buying a home, getting married, or having a child are ideal times to evaluate your needs.
