"Kelly Ruby’s agency lacked proactive service. Premiums kept climbing—including a nearly 300% increase on my umbrella policy—and I never received outreach to review options or help manage the impact. I know agents don’t control rates, but they do control whether clients get consistent policy reviews and guidance, and that didn’t happen after 2023 (nearly 2 years). Her first responses to my review included unprofessional remarks, which were only replaced with the more professional reply now visible after I filed a complaint with State Farm corporate. When I switched to another State Farm agent, I immediately received a thorough review that updated my coverages and even saved me money. That’s what proactive service looks like.
